The Opportunity
You will be part of a dynamic team which supports country teams to have well-designed, accountable programmes in place. You will work with those teams to ensure strong programme cycle management and MEAL systems/practices are in place. You will contribute to the review and development of organisational policies and processes focused on MEAL and programme cycle management. You will have the opportunity to travel to country programmes to work with and support Trocaire staff and our partners on their MEAL activities.

Requirements
You will report to the Head of Programme Impact and Learning.The job opportunity will be offered on a full-time basis for an indefinite duration and is based in Ireland.
We’d love if you have a really strong understanding of results-based management and programme cycle management and have worked in a MEAL role in the past. Experience of designing and implementing MEAL systems and working with results frameworks is also important as you will be supporting country teams with their MEAL systems. As this is a support role it’s important that you work well with others from different cultures and backgrounds, that you are a good communicator and that you have strong facilitation skills. You’ll need to be able to travel a few times a year and being fluent in Spanish would also be great.
