This is an exciting opportunity to join the Médecins Sans Frontières’ team in Dublin in the new role of Recruitment and HR Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for:
· The active recruitment of Irish professionals
· The development of a recruitment strategy
o Identify the real potential for recruiting in the Irish Labour Market
o Identify key roles that would support MSF’s operational ambitions
o Identify opportunities to engage with Irish institutions and professional bodies for recruitment and retention purposes.
· Managing day to day recruitment & retention activities (screening, interviewing, matching & placement) & administration
As well as the management of all HR administration, systems and processes relating to MSF Ireland Office staff
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent inter-personal, decision making and communication skills; be proactive and flexible, with the ability to work autonomously; have previous experience of working in human resource function and have a demonstrable interest in HR and the work of MSF.
